The Sugar Shed

From start to finish the Bourbon & Butter Sugar Shed is a love letter to nostalgia. I create a rotating menu of small batch cookies, brownies, and other treats in my board of health-certified cottage kitchen. I use simple ingredients and locally sourced eggs and produce as much as possible to create both classic and complex flavors. They are all mixed in a 10-quart 1950s Hobart, which has been in my family for four generations. After baking, they are lovingly packaged and placed in the sugar shed which uses the honor system. I sincerely hope that the treats and the experience of the shed will bring you joy.
