The Sugar Shed

From start to finish the Bourbon & Butter Sugar Shed is a love letter to nostalgia. I create a rotating menu of small batch cookies, brownies, and other treats in my board of health-certified cottage kitchen. I use simple ingredients to create both classic and complex flavors. They are all mixed in a 10-quart 1950s Hobart, which has been in my family for four generations. After baking, they are lovingly packaged and placed in my little locally built sugar shed which uses the honor system. I sincerely hope that the treats and the experience of the shed will bring you joy.
